Original Stylus Staff Bio
Olav Bjortomt was born in 1978 of Norwegian and Filipino parentage in an Eastbourne hospital in England. Since then life hasn't let up. Apart from being one of best quizzers in the country (currently ranked 11th in the country) he has juggled his maniacal general knowledge obsession with a whole ton of ephemera or shit. Winner of five national student media awards from seven nominations including The (London) Guardian Student Journalist of the Year 2001, Olav has written for Hotdog, Careless Talk Costs Lives, Uncut, Total Film (well one book review counts doesn't it?) and Logo magazines as well as The Guardian and (UK) Press Gazette on general features. He also has his own blog called It Makes No Difference (not named after the Sum 41 song) at http://www.olavfearsatan.blogspot.com
