Zox - The Wait

Are you saying I missed something when I passed these guys up? Sure, your review doesn't exactly make the CD sound like a masterpiece, but given my past affection for semi-mature pop-hook-centered rock that nonetheless has some worth to it (read: Eve 6), it sounds like I would've like the concert. Oh well, I'm in Rhode Island and these guys play here all the time (natives, I think?). I'll catch them later.

I like the line "You're my sun and I'm your satellite." Satellite, after all, basically means one celestial body orbiting a much larger one.

These guys played an early show at one of the fratty/hippy bars in Columbus OH, one usually reserved for underagers. My friend's band of underagers was playing, so I came to the show. I at first wrote them off because their genre is not my favorite, but they really won me over, even in spite of the violin gimmick.
