This is probably a rookie question, but... since modern rap albums tend to be 70+ minutes long in the first place, does the screwed version have to ditch a bunch of songs to still fit on one disc? Or do they drop verses to keep each screwed track the same length as the original track?
Do skits get screwed?
"the 'Sex Therapy' skits (which are just talking to begin with) don’t gain anything from being screwed." I would guess so.
The regular version of "Da Blow" is already screwed, so now I need to hear what a doubly screwed song sounds like.

Plus, Lil Jon's tracks tend toward the five-minute mark anyway. Screwing 'em doesn't extend their length that much. But yeah, a bunch of Chris Rock stuff got dropped, and the tracklist was jiggered so the set could flow together better.
