Nice to know that at least one other person thinks "Some Girls" and "Emotional Rescue" are great albums. I'd only apply the "meaningless" label to "Rescue" though.

tired of the little dialetic shout-outs, get a new schtick, stylus. also 98% of the records you guys and perhaps girls write about are ridigly formalistic, we're talking pop and rock, get realistic. "sweet new-con" is laughable. Oh, god, how boring! Andrew, you are so right: awful lyrics - music far away from any sense of adventure. This kind of mainstream is one big dead end street - they did some great albums 100 years ago. Please guys, prepare for your exile on Main St!
