I'd like to point out that while I sometimes feel differently about records after a review gets posted (which I think happens to us all), this is the only thing I have currently posted on Stylus that I flat out wince at whenever I think about.
If I had it to do over again, I'd give it around an 8.5. And the review sounds so snarky. There's nothing intrinsically wrong with snark, and I've used it elsewhere, but this was just wrong.
Ah well - it's all a learning process.

And coming back to this again... "National Hum" was the best song? What? How about "On To You" or the title track or "Young Lions" or "Poison" or "Insectivora" or or or... was I on crack?
