If anyone remarks to you that Christianity is for those that are “weak minded”, play them Woven Hand as proof to the contrary. It is one man’s testament to a faith that is laborious, yet gives him the strength to persevere. Ask yourself: Is it easier to simply ignore God’s existence, or to invest your faith in a supreme being, creator, and father invisible to man’s dubious eye?
for one, you're already assuming that a god exists. and two, you're assuming it's your own. i believe they call that fallibility. and as far as "weak minded" people go, i guess it depends on how you exercise your faith. but not believing in any higher being and still living to help and serve people for a better existence and finding meaning through that on your own terms is much harder than simply believing in a god that gives you answers to life's biggest questions and gives you a purpose.
