I can't remember who ended up writing it, but I totally thought it was Sick Thouly.

It was actually Mister Peter Parrish! I have brainwashed trained him well.

I have seen the light, all hail all hail. (The truth is, Nick went mad with power and wrote all of these himself.)

Based on Nick's favorite (and not-so-favorite) albums of the year, and the writing styles of a lot of these haikus, I'm guessing Nick wrote Battles, Caribou, Radiohead, Patrick Wolf, Electrelane, The Tuss, QOTSA, TGTB&TQ, 65DOS, Acoustic Ladyland, Beirut, Ash and Spoon.

If I may... Feist - The Reminder: Her voice is still great and this time there's real songs too. Apple pays the bills. The Fiery Furnaces - Widow City: Short songs and loud drums. So why am I so bored? Mmm... Restorative beer. Architecture in Helsinki - Places Like This: The B-52s are asking for their sound back. Just have the girl sing. Stylus Magazine: Stylus is no more. Now who'll tell me what to like? Guess I'll check Pitchfork.

I loved this, it sucks you guys are shutting up shop. Will the haikus be taken up by somewhere else next year? It's like the best part of end-of-year lists
