Zidane: A 21st Century Portrait - Movie Review

wow. just fucking... wow!

Anyone know if the Mogwai soundtrack is availible for purchase anywhere? It sounds kind of interesting.

Also there's 2 track 10” out 23rd October... Should be good!

"When it was shot, Zidane was supposed to have retired. However, Real Madrid forced him to play one more season, upholding his contract and heavily marketed image." untrue.

According to the directors, who gave a short talk after the screening, this is what Zidane had told them. Also, I had read that fulfiling his contract with Real also inspired him to rejoin the French team, reasoning: 'if i'm going to continue to play at the top level, I should really play at the top and have one last World Cup'. I suppose there are different versions floating around, but I think its widely accepted that Real couldn't bare to lose him (with no replacement line up) and more or less held him to his contract.

Anyone know the US release date?
