The Field Mice- Outside Galaxies
Today’s review by Sarah mentioned this song and I can’t agree more that it’s somewhat of a highlight of the group’s development. Is it a great song? Maybe not, but it shows the band was anything but one trick-ponies and puts some Spiritualized later material to shame (as Sarah put it).

Benjamin Diamond- Let’s Get High
Remember “Music Sounds Better With You”? Remember the singer? Remember really wanting to hear a solo album based on that one line? Me either. But apparently this is guy is it and this is the lead single from his forthcoming album. Much like the Field Mice, its charms are all in the construction and execution of some perfect pop.

Differnet- Edison
Can’t find much out about this because both the artist and label website are down right now. What is clear is that Differnet had an album out on Friendly Noise a few years ago and this is probably part of the follow-up album. It’s in that style of noise-electro-pop that Morr Music has ruined for the rest of us, but focuses more on the digital and less on the pop portion, which is a welcome change. If anyone has anymore info on any eminent releases from this band, please let me know!
