Hi, I’m the editorial intern. This piece consisted entirely of photos of Thom Yorke sourced from fan sites, accompanied by short captions. It was published in 2003 when the internet had a different relationship with celebrity photography and hotlinking. Most of the original images are now dead links anyway — two were already marked [PICTURE MISSING] when we found it — but rather than present a series of broken image placeholders and snarky captions about a real person’s appearance, we’ve opted to blur the whole thing.
